CosMx Proteomics
A highly multiplexed in situ spatial imaging platform that enables simultaneous profiling of up to 100 proteins within intact FFPE or fresh-frozen tissue sections. Antibodies specific to protein targets are labeled and applied to the tissue, and iterative cycles of fluorescence imaging on the CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI) are used to detect, quantify, and remove signals in sequence. This cyclic readout yields high-dimensional, spatially resolved protein expression profiles at single-cell resolution of the intact tissue.
